How much is the deposit required for booking?
The deposit is $1,000. Please note that confirmation until we have received and accepted payment must be made via certain accepted methods. The deposit is applied toward your final event balance.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
We work with a curated list of approved caterers and beverage providers. If you have a specific cuisine or family tradition you would like to incorporate, we are happy to discuss it and find the right path forward.
Are you open to vendors not on your pre-approved list?
Yes. While our preferred vendor list reflects partners we trust, you are welcome to bring in outside vendors after a brief vetting conversation with our team to ensure insurance and standards align.
What happens if I need to reschedule my event?
We understand plans change. Reschedules within our availability window are accommodated whenever possible at no penalty. Specific terms are outlined in your event agreement.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. Abundant on-site parking is included for your guests, with valet add-ons available for larger celebrations.
